The Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Lobby welcomes visitors with the values that shaped Wisma Habibie & Ainun—unity, humanity, and respect for Indonesia’s cultural diversity. Five brass panels inspired by Pancasila, together with motifs of Indonesia’s natural beauty, reflect B.J. and Ainun Habibie’s vision of harmony. Beside the lobby, the Horse Room offers a more personal introduction, inspired by a defining childhood memory when Habibie’s father entrusted him with his first horse.
Together, these spaces reflect both the public and private legacy of the Habibie family. Miniature horses collected throughout Habibie’s life symbolize perseverance and purpose, while portraits of Ilham Akbar Habibie and Thareq Kemal Habibie by renowned artist Basuki Abdullah remind visitors that family has always been at the heart of this home.

The lobby comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests, while the Horse Room provides an intimate setting for registrations, private welcomes, and VVIP arrivals of up to six guests.
